When you engage with Arcllo's services, we collect information necessary to provide and improve those services. This includes:
- Business and contact information you provide (name, phone number, email address, business name)
- Call recordings and audio from calls handled by the Arcllo AI receptionist
- Call transcripts and conversation summaries generated from those recordings
- Scheduling and calendar data associated with bookings made through the service
- Usage data and technical information about how you interact with our platform
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Arcllo AI receptionist service on your behalf
- Generate call transcripts, summaries, and booking confirmations
- Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI systems
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates
- Meet our legal and contractual obligations
Third-Party Processors
To deliver our service, we work with third-party technology providers in the following categories:
- Telephony and voice infrastructure providers
- AI voice and conversational AI providers
- Calendar and scheduling platform integrations
- Cloud storage and data hosting providers
These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf. We do not disclose the names of specific vendors to protect our infrastructure configuration.
Data Retention
We retain data for the following periods, unless you request earlier deletion:
- Call recordings: 90 days from the date of the call
- Call transcripts and summaries: 12 months from the date of the call
- Account and business information: for the duration of your engagement with Arcllo, plus a reasonable wind-down period
You may request deletion of your data at any time by submitting a written request to contact@arcllo.com. We will action confirmed deletion requests within 30 days.
No Data Sold
Arcllo does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data or your customers' call data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the services we deliver to you.
California Residents — CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

Children
The Arcllo service is directed at businesses and their operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
